SIDES AND CENTRE BACK PRESSING

Carousel pressing machine with two 120° rotating bucks and two heads with vertical approaching. Shapes can be different among them. Machine is complete with:
- steam vacuum heated buck; vacuum on buck both at the beginning and at the end of rotation with the possibility to switch if off at the end of the cycle. Separate vacuum (right/left) for double shapes.
- steam heated heads and steaming;
- buck air blowing possible only if programmed
- suction hoods made by conveyable air electro fans (only for shape without APS)
- safety device for machine rotation through automatic gate
- predisposition for the programming with board operated by microprocessor (Note: the application of one of the programmers mentioned into the accessories list is compulsory, without one of the them machine cannot work)
